These are our prices to get certification for medical marijuana in The Villages, FL and Gainesville Area, FL:


  • First visit: $99
  • 6-month visit: $99
  • 1-year visit: $99
  • Patient Transfer: $80


Services Included in Patient Fees:

  1. Basic vital signs.
  2. Appropriate physical exam.
  3. Review of health problems and concerns.

Privacy:

Relief Clinic LLC will not share your information with anyone. We follow HIPPA laws. When you sign up to get certified for pain relief marijuana in The Villages, FL and nearby areas.


Refund/Cancellation Policy:

If you prepay for your appointment and you are a no show the day of, there
is no refund.

There is a $20 rescheduling fee for no show appointments.

If you prepay for your appointment it is $99, if not it is $130.

Once a patient sees the provider, there is no refund.
