Telemedicine: This process allows you to get certified by a relief clinic provider through your mobile device or computer.

In-Person: You'll see and consult a relief clinic provider directly.

The Process

Make an Appointment at our location in Auburn, ME. (ME Patients).

What to Bring

State of MAINE: Bring ME State ID, or driver's license, or valid US Passport with Maine mail in your name.

I had a 10/10 experience today at the Relief Clinic in Summerfield. I had no choice but to take my one-year-old son with me to my appointment and the staff made him feel just as welcome as they did I. Every single person that we came in contact with today during our visit was warm, welcoming, and very friendly.

The process to obtain your card was very quick and painless. The doctor went over my medical history with me, discussed the benefits of the new medication, and made sure that I left feeling as if he genuinely cared about me as a patient.

I am very satisfied with my visit at the Relief Clinic and I look forward to my follow-up visit in the future. Thank you to everyone working in the office today for easing my anxiety and making us feel welcome.
